The world-famous U.S. rapper Kanye West has announced his new agenda – to run for White House in 2020. Numerous media have reacted stating that he is trying to jump over his head and that he can never achieve presidency of the United States, but we are confident that he may in fact be the strongest candidate that the U.S. nation has ever witnessed.
In his songs, Kanye has always shown respect for ‘bitches’, ‘shorties’ and fellow ‘niggas’. His revolutionary ideas on improving the national education and ‘ghetto universities’ are world-renowned. For years, he has stood for fairness and equal opportunities for all, trying to end oppression and consumerism – the long-needed critical voice:
America was a bastard,
The illegitimate daughter of the mother country,
Whose legs were then spread around the world,
And a rapist known as freedom, free-DOOM
Democracy, liberty, and justice were revolutionary code names
That preceded, the bubblin’ bubblin’ bubblin’ bubblin’ bubblin’
In the mother country’s crotch.
In anticipation of the official campaign launch, Kanye has already started selling shirts with creative designs and smart slogans such as ‘Yes, we Kan!’, ‘Free Kannabis for all’ or ‘I love Kangaroos’.
Apparently, Kanye’s inspiration to run came from observing other celebrities. Over the last decades, countless film and music industry artists have declared their desire to improve the world by promoting certain values with their recognizable image. Many have been chosen as ambassadors of international organisations: Hollywood star Nicholas Cage, for example, has been selected as a Goodwill ambassador of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. His extensive experience playing drug addicts and criminals made him a perfect match.
Likewise, Kanye is not new to the spotlight, being only second to Jesus. We are sure Kanye would fill the presidential Jordans like no other, with Kim at his side as his ‘first hoe’.
